Dr. Achilles Kalnoky's family medicine practice sits just steps away and has been at this location for ten years, so plenty of local patients already know the building.

What happens at a first visit
Your first appointment is mostly conversation. It runs in three parts:
01We listen first
Your history, your goals, and what you have already tried. Most of what shapes your plan comes out of this part.
02We educate both sides
Traditional guidelines and functional options, with the evidence behind each one, including where that evidence is thin. You should leave understanding the trade-offs behind the recommendation.
03We decide together
You choose, and we guide it safely. If what you came in for is not right for you, we will say so and point you toward what is.
For injectables and prescriptions, Florida law requires an in-person, physician-supervised evaluation, so your first visit happens here rather than over video.
